Aris Tagle has held management and leadership roles in marketing, business development, 

strategic planning and technology in the Internet, consumer products, telecommunications, 

financial and advertising industries. He is currently Director of Analytics at PHENOMENON, a 

marketing and ideation agency based in Los Angeles, California. He has extensive experience in 

marketing analytics across both traditional and new media platforms. He previously worked in 

digital marketing, analytics, business development, and management roles with Guthy-Renker, 

Herbalife International, and AT&T.

An active community member, Aris recently completed four-year term on the UCLA Alumni 

Association Board of Directors, leading and contributing to committees such as Governance, 

Alumni Networks, Marketing, Alumni Volunteering, and Young Alumni Engagement. Aris was 

also elected to serve as Vice Chair for the 2012-13 term. Previously, he twice served as Chair 

of the Pilipino Alumni Association (PAA) of UCLA, leading numerous scholarship, mentorship, 

networking, and community service projects. He was also co-Founder of the annual UCLA PAA 

Scholarship Fundraising Benefit, which has raised thousands of dollars for student scholarships 

since its inception in 2001. As an undergraduate, he served as President of UCLA Samahang 

Pilipino, leading numerous student and community programs. He also is an alumnus of the 

Riordan Fellows Program at the UCLA Anderson School, and continues to volunteer as a Riordan 

Programs interviewer and guest speaker.

Aris is also a current board member and past Chair of the Board of Directors of Fil-Am ARTS, a 

nonprofit arts organization whose largest event is the annual Los Angeles Festival of Philippine 

Arts and Culture (FPAC). His nonprofit involvements have also included the Yale MBA Alumni 

Admissions Committee, Staples Center Foundation, and the ABC Unified School District Finance 

Advisory Committee in his hometown of Cerritos, California.

Aris Tagle holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, and an MBA from the Yale 

University School of Management.
