Emi Begino

Marketing & Publicity Committee Head

Emi is currently the head of marketing at FCS. Born and raised in Iriga City, Bicol, Philippines she believes that this program is an incredible opportunity to give back to her community. She would like to impart the knowledge that she learned during her stay in the Philippines and share it with others. 

Emi graduated from UCSB  with a major in Psychology and a minor in Asian American studies, and is currently working in the healthcare field before applying to physician assistant school. She is currently working at a psychiatric clinic called Brain Lab that treats patients with depression using Personalized Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation technology. She looks forward to helping patients with mental health issues once she becomes a  PA that specializes in psychiatry. 

Her current favorite read is “The Son of Good Fortune” by Lysley Tenorio!
